Velocity, in partnership with Operations School, delivers Momentum, a high-impact program designed to help established entrepreneurs strengthen operations and scale sustainably.

Built for businesses with at least one year of operations and existing revenue, the cohort combines expert-led instruction, hands-on technical assistance, and system-based strategies to improve how businesses run and grow.

Gain practical support across essential growth areas—including operations, marketing, legal considerations, scaling strategy, funding opportunities, and grant readiness—with a strong focus on implementation.

Is Momentum Right For You?
This program is designed for established business owners who meet the following criteria*

Operating for at least one year: You've navigated the initial startup phase and are ready for strategic growth.​

Service or Product Based Business located in Macomb County: You are operating in Macomb county, allowing for in-person session attendance.

Generating Revenue (Not Necessarily Profitable Yet): You're past the ideation stage and making sales but seeking strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.

Commitment to In-Person Learning: You are available to attend at least 90% of the sessions at held at Velocity in Sterling Heights.
